2- increase hard partion in vcenter (sda1)
echo 1 > /sys/class/block/sda/device/rescan
3- now should use fdisk to create pv
#sudo fdisk /dev/sda

4-create pv:
sudo pvcreate /dev/sda4
5-extend vg
sudo vgextend SddRh8 /dev/sda4
6-extend lv
lvextend -l +100%FREE /dev/SddRh8/var
7- see status
df -h
sudo lvdisplay
8-resize formatted lv
sudo xfs_growfs /dev/mapper/SddRh8-var
